Adobe.Use your font manager to disable all non-system fonts and see if it works then. Did you also try deleting your preferences? That's actually worth a shot before investigating the fonts. If you disable your non-system fonts and it works, then one of your installed fonts is bad. The fun part: Reactivate half of them and see if it works then. If yes, the bad font is in the other half.
